Jon Anderson, Partner, Ignition Partners

Jon is a founding partner of Ignition Partners, a Bellevue, Washington venture capital firm focused on investments in software and communications technology. Jon represents Ignition as a director on the board of directors of Full Capture Solutions, MarketRange, Certus and ClaimHub. Jon is a former member of the board for Wildseed which was acquired by AOL.

Prior to joining Ignition, Jon spent nine years at Microsoft Corporation in several strategic roles, advising the company's executive management on overall business strategy, guiding such key issues as enterprise licensing and pricing, financing, and profit and loss management. Most recently he led a team responsible for the development and execution of Microsoft's volume licensing programs (an $8 billion business), negotiations of licensing agreements with Microsoft's largest customers, the enhancement of core product business and licensing models; and, creation of business models for emerging products.

At Microsoft, Jon also served as General Manager of Worldwide Business Strategy for Steve Ballmer and as Corporate Controller. Jon led the creation of the company's current profit and loss measurement and competitive reporting systems; an effort that made changes to business models for core products that lead to multi-billion dollar profit contributions to the company. Jon led or was a core member of the acquisition teams for Microsoft that acquired the company's first email product-Microsoft Mail, FoxPro, Visio, as well as, the company's proposed merger with Intuit.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Jon was a CPA and Senior Manager with Deloitte & Touche, where he served as an advisor to companies ranging from Fortune 500 corporations to new technology start-ups.

Jon attended the University of Oregon and received his degree in business administration from Central Washington University.

J.P. Bolduc, President and Chief Executive Officer, JPB Enterprises, Inc.

J.P. is the founder and chief executive officer of JPB Enterprises, Inc. a Columbia, Maryland private equity firm. Prior to forming JPB, Mr. Bolduc was President and Chief Executive Officer of W.R. Grace & Co., a Fortune 100 company, and, president and chief executive officer of J.A. Jones, Inc., a multi-national, multi-billion dollar engineering and construction firm. He serves as chairman and director of numerous social, civic and government boards and commissions and is or has been a director of several privately held and public corporations, including W.R. Grace, Unisys Corporation, Management Consulting Group PLC, J.A. Jones, Inc., EnPro Corporation, Newmont Gold Corporation, Sundstrand Corporation, the Columbia Bank, Marshall & Ilsley Corporation, and Lance Inc. J.P. is a trustee of the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester, is a member of the Advisory Council for Graduate Studies and Research at the University of Notre Dame, and serves on the Board of Directors of Hospice of Baltimore.

Prior to his management positions at Grace, J.P. was a Vice President and Partner at the global management and technical consulting firm of Booz-Allen & Hamilton, Inc. and a presidential appointee to three U.S. Presidents serving as the Assistant Secretary of Agriculture under Presidents Nixon and Ford, and from 1982 to 1985, serving as the Chief Operating Officer for President Reagan's Private Sector Survey on Cost Control (the "Grace Commission"). As COO of the Grace Commission, J.P. led the efforts of 161 prominent business leaders (consisting almost entirely of Fortune 500 CEOs) and more than 2,000 private sector business leaders in a study focused on identifying managerial and operational cost savings opportunities, as well as revenue enhancement initiatives in federal government operations. President Reagan also appointed J.P. to lead his Task Force on Food Assistance in 1983.

In 1990, J.P. partnered with William E. Simon, Sr., the former U.S. Secretary of the Treasury and Chairman of Wesray, to form Catterton-Simon Partners, a Greenwich, Connecticut-based private equity firm focused on the consumer products industry. Mr. Bolduc served as a general partner of CSP's first three private equity funds.

Mr. Bolduc earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota.

James R. Bolduc, Vice President, JPB Enterprises, Inc.

Jim joined JPB Enterprises, Inc., a Columbia, Maryland private equity firm, in 1997 and has been the principal architect of JPB's private equity portfolio. He is also a founder and managing director of JPB Capital Partners II, a related institutional leverage buyout fund. Prior to joining JPB, Jim was an Associate in the Investment Banking Group of Merrill Lynch. During his tenure at Merrill Lynch, he led or participated in a myriad of acquisitions, divestitures, and equity and debt public offerings with an aggregate value in excess of $25 billion. Prior to working at Merrill Lynch, he served as a Management Associate with the venture capital subsidiary of Marshall & Ilsley Corporation (now called Mason Wells).

Jim is a member of the board of directors of several privately held corporations including CityGate GIS, LLC, Davis Inotek Instruments, LLC, Go3E, LLC, and, ClaimHub, Inc. He is also the Chairman of the Capital Campaign Steering Committee for the YMCA of Central Maryland, Howard County Family Branch.

Jim earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Business Administration from the Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Virginia.

John Zagula, Partner, Ignition Partners; Managing Director, Qiming Venture Partners

John is a founding partner of Qiming Venture Partners, a Shanghai, China venture capital firm focused on investments in early stage ventures in China and formed in partnership with Ignition Partners. He is also partner at Ignition Partners, a Bellevue, Washington venture capital firm focused on investments in software and communications technology. John represents Qiming as director on the board of PPStream and Captiv8, and as an observer on the board of Touch Media. With Ignition he serves as a director on the boards of Enclarity, Full Capture Solutions, Ice.com, ClaimHub, and Seamobile.

Prior to joining Ignition, John spent over eight years at Microsoft in various senior marketing and strategy positions. As the General Manager of Global Campaigns he was responsible for Microsoft's overall business-to-business communications across all business targets, products and offerings. In other positions at Microsoft, he was responsible for the development of the Microsoft Office brand and marketing the desktop and server applications product lines. John contributed to the original competitive wins of Word and Excel and the re-positioning of desktop applications into Office. These roles included the launches of every version of Office and all of its component applications and its growth from a $50 million business to a nearly $10 billion business, and an increase in the desktop application market share from 20% to 85%. John's other contributions and responsibilities at Microsoft included the company's most successful online marketing campaigns; its first use of internet banners and email; the establishment of a database marketing practice; and an on-going marketing and business strategy training curriculum.

Prior to Microsoft, John was a marketing manager at American Express in International Business Development, Customer Acquisition and Retention. John was also an associate at International Data Corporation where he wrote the first industry whitepaper on the Desktop Publishing Industry.

John, along with fellow Ignition partner Rich Tong, is the co-author of the bestselling, acclaimed book, The Marketing Playbook.

John holds a Masters in International Economics and Monetary Theory from the Fletcher School (Harvard/Tufts), a Bachelors of Arts (magna cum laude) from Marquette University and a Fulbright Scholarship at Universität zu Köln.
