July 17, 2006 Urbandale, Iowa (July 17, 2006) - The Board of Directors of N'Site Solutions, Inc. today announced the following organizational changes and promotions, designed to leverage the unique strengths of its three-core claims management solutions, its management talents, and each unit´s business intelligence in order to drive increased growth, profitability and customer loyalty:
Ms. Sabrina Hightower, who joined N'Site in 2004 as Director, Project Management, has extensive experience in all aspects of information technology and software development, as well as general management experience in strategic planning, product development, systems implementation, project management, and process improvement. In her new position as Senior Vice President, Software Solutions, she will lead the Company's effort to better align its claims management technology and business intelligence with the Company's strategic objective to provide state-of-the-art "turnkey" solutions for claims management professionals. Ms. Hightower has nearly 20 years experience in the insurance, claims administration, and healthcare service delivery industries. Prior to joining N'Site, Ms. Hightower held various positions with Crawford & Co. during a 17-year career, most recently serving as Assistant Vice President, Business Solutions. Ms. Amity Bibler previously was Vice President, Operations. In her expanded role as Senior Vice President, Service Solutions, Ms. Bibler will lead the Company's business process outsourcing (BPO) claims management services with the view to expand the Company´s market share with mid-tier companies and to focus its service offerings on "value-added" services that minimize client loss and loss adjusting expenses. Ms. Bibler joined N'Site in 2005 and brings more than 8 years of experience in client and system implementations, system development, new product implementation, process improvement and general work flow and structure improvement in the call center environment. Ms. Bibler is certified in Versatile Leadership and is a Six Sigma green belt. Prior to joining N'Site, Ms. Bibler ran multiple call center operations for Marsh & McLennan. Mr. Kirk Simmons, was Executive Vice President, Business Development. In his expanded role as Senior Vice President, Network Solutions, Mr. Simmons will oversee the Company's trading partner networks. He will be focused on expanding its trading partner networks, implementing new credentialing programs and procedures and designing new revenue opportunities for the Company based upon its unique independent trading partner networks. Mr. Simmons founded N'Site in 2001 and has held positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of strategy, operations, and general management. In their new positions, Ms. Hightower, Ms. Bibler and Mr. Simmons each will report to Mr. J. P. Bolduc, interim Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Bolduc, who also serves as the Company's Chairman of the Board of Directors, is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of W. R. Grace & Co. Mr. Clayton Dukes, previously Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has been temporarily reassigned and focused on customer expansion and leveraging the value of N'Site's technology to all of its business units. As such, Mr. Dukes will have responsibility for N'Site's national technology sales. Mr. Dukes has been with N'Site since 2004, and was hired to build the Company's infrastructure and managerial talent base to convert the Company's solutions from customized "one-off" client projects into universal "turnkey" solutions. Having successfully concluded that conversion in recent months, with this reassignment, the Company intends to leverage his 27-year background in sales, project management and business development serving the insurance industry to rapidly expand the Company's name recognition in the industry. Prior to joining N'Site, Mr. Dukes worked in the insurance industry for Liberty Mutual Insurance and Marsh McLennan in claims and claims management positions and with the industry in emerging new technologies, while working for Computer Sciences Corporation, Perot Systems and Fair Isaac.
