JPB Enterprises Executive Promoted to Interim-CFO Position

BURNSVILLE, MINN.-- N'Site Solutions, Inc., a leading developer and supplier of software and e-commerce solutions to the insurance industry, today announced its decision to move its financial headquarters from Burnsville, Minnesota to Columbia, Maryland as of January 31, 2007.

The decision to relocate its financial headquarters is consistent with the strategic plan outlined by the Company's Board of Directors in June 2006 to become a software-focused Company through the intended divestment of its service operations located in Urbandale, Iowa. On November 12, 2006, the Company closed on the sale of the service business assets to Omega Claim Solutions of Houston, Texas. With the completion of this sale, the Company initiated a strategic review of its financial operations and a determination of the administrative support required to service the software-only business (principally located in Overland Park, Kansas).

The Company also announced that its present corporate controller, Gwen Chapman, will be leaving the Company to pursue other opportunities. In a related move, Ray Sweet, chief financial officer of JPB Enterprises, Inc., one of the primary shareholders of N'Site, has been promoted to assume the interim-chief financial officer position of N'Site as of January 8, 2007.

Mr. Sweet has served as JPBE's chief financial officer since 2003. Mr. Sweet brings both domestic and international experience in finance, operations and general management to the Company. In his role as interim-chief financial officer for the Company, Mr. Sweet will be responsible for strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, cash management, financial reporting and general business administration. Mr. Sweet is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants.

J.P. Bolduc, interim-CEO of N'Site said, "The move from Minnesota to Maryland is a necessary first step in our bid to further streamline our financial systems and strengthen our controls. As we continue to grow the Company organically, the need to have the finance function centralized in Maryland is critical. The fact that it will also help us to further reduce our cost structure made the decision even easier."

"Gwen and I have worked closely together for more than two years and she has been a key management team member for N'Site," said Bolduc. "We are deeply grateful for her service and her advice and counsel will be sorely missed."

Gwen stated, "I want to thank all the employees and great people of N'Site for all of their support and hard work over the years. I feel as if we made a lot of progress in terms of establishing financial controls and procedures. Unfortunately, I have received a career enhancing opportunity with a larger organization in a Senior Management position. I only wish I could stay to complete the work I have begun."
