Sabrina Hightower, Senior Vice President

Sabrina joined ClaimHub in 2004 as a Director of Project Management. She was promoted to her current position in 2006.

Sabrina has extensive experience in all aspects of information technology and software development, as well as, general management experience in strategic planning, product development, systems implementation, project management, and process improvement. In her position as Senior Vice President, she is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Company. Sabrina's primary focus is on strategic, tactical, and short-term operations management with specific responsibility for the design, operation, and improvement of the Company's software solutions.

Sabrina has over 20 years experience in the insurance, claims administration, and healthcare service delivery industries. Prior to joining the Company, she held various positions with Crawford & Company during a 17-year career, most recently serving as Assistant Vice President, Business Solutions.

Mark Hagood, Director of Engineering

As the Director of Engineering, he provides leadership to a multi-functional organization of engineers engaged in the development of products and services. In his current position, Mark provides technical leadership and works with Company management, large customers and peers to contribute to our software strategic direction, product strategy, and provides technology evaluations and trade-offs (build vs. buy) to meet or exceed customer requirements. Mark is also directly responsible for all development activities involving Requirements, Functional Specifications, Design, Implementation, Quality Assurance, Support and Delivery of ClaimHub's Software Products. Mark has over 20 years experience in hardware and software engineering management of which 15 of those have been involved in the Property & Casualty Marketplace.

Frank Sayers, IT Manager/Software Architect

As the IT manager, Frank is responsible for maintaining and upgrading ClaimHub's IT infrastructure. Frank also functions as ClaimHub's senior software architect and is involved in every aspect of software design and technological advances within ClaimHub's programming staff. Frank has greater than 15 years experience in software development and has first hand experience with over 20 different software development environments and technologies as well as multiple operating platforms.
